Premise 14 begins at 替陌生人保管情书的邮局, where 不再替别人写分手信的代笔人 notices that 一只停在十一点的腕表 has moved closer overnight.
Two rules govern this place. First: 旅馆的房间会保留上一位客人的一句话. Second: 退房后不能回头. Nobody agrees on who wrote them down.
The door opens before the warning can be folded away. Someone on the other side knows the protagonist's former name and has brought proof that the central story everyone believes is incomplete.
